REGISTRATION FEE

Pay attention to the following information: 

- For the approved abstract to be included in the programme (in the digital proceedings) and for the full paper to be published (in the XII SIIU SÃO PAULO/LISBOA annals – https://revistes.upc.edu/index.php/SIIU), it is necessary to proceed with the registration fee payment until the deadline for ‘Early Bird.’

- The presentations and publication of papers with more than one author are subject to the early bird fee payment by, at least, one of the authors. The remaining authors will only be allowed to participate in the event, and will have the right to a presentation certificate in the case they also realize the fee payment.

- Due to the uncertainty and unpredictability of the current sanitary situation, the XII SIIU will allow the participation of approved authors through two modalities: In person and virtual participation in Lisbon and virtual participation in São Paulo. In the moment of registration, the author should select the presentation modality. For papers with more than one author, in-person participation will be reserved for only one author; the remaining authors should participate virtually, in order to preserve social distancing that is required by the sanitary authorities. We highlight that the format of the event may be altered depending on the pandemic situation with both countries. In such a case, participants will be informed ahead of time.

 

The registration fee amounts and deadlines are as follows:

Authors:

‘Early Bird’ (from 11-07-2020 to 28-09-2020):

- São Paulo: R$ 150,00 for students and R$ 250,00 for professionals

- Lisbon: single fee of € 60

Late registration (from 28-09-2020 to 15-11-2020)

- São Paulo, R $ 200.00 for students and R $ 300.00 for professionals

- Lisbon, 90 €

 

Audience:

- São Paulo, R$ 25,00

- Lisbon, 5€

 

Participants should register through the website from the 11th of June, 2020

Registration of all participants is done through the openconf system. Following the registration, an email with the payment information will be sent out referring to either the São Paulo venue or the Lisbon venue.

Authors: After registration, an email will be sent (to the first author) with the payment details for the venue in São Paulo or Lisbon. 

Listeners: After registration (available in the next few weeks, on the website) a confirmation email will be sent, as well as the link to attend the event.
